What can in-game support (Game Masters) help you with? This section details what issues that you can ask a Game Master for help with. You can submit reports together with screenshots using the Cubizone helpdesk system. Just submit a new case when reporting something new. DO NOT REPORT the same case more than once. Please add the main subject of report when opening a new case. Eg. When reporting about in-game harassment, add the subject Harassment and then the details.
- In-Game Harassment
This includes both in-game verbal and physical abuse from one player to another. Naming violations can also be reported in this category. This can also include frequent Kill Stealing.
- Guild
Any problems associated with the creation or functionality of a guild, including:
- Unable to add/remove guild members.
- Not able to form a guild.
- Unable to reassign or rename ranks within the guild.
- Account/Character
Issues regarding race, jobs, classes and skills including:
- Ability/Attribute loss or distortion.
- Unable to log in to the game.
- Skill level or points shows as negative.
- Skills malfunctioning or missing.
- Non-Quest/Mobs
Issues that deal with NPCs and Mobs functioning or interacting incorrectly including:
- Mobs permanently evading or cannot be hit.
- NPC is not behaving correctly.
- Mobs over-spawning, under-spawning or not spawning at all.
- Merchant NPC problems or not responding to players.
- Items
Issues regarding any problem dealing with item functionality or possession, including:
- Equipment crafting not working.
- Enhancement or upgrades not working properly.
- Scammed items.
- Item accidentally sold to merchant and was not able to repurchase.
The game support team will always try to recover all lost items, please review our Item Restoration Policy under Game Policies. Due to many variables with investigating these claims, your reimbursement, if approved, may not be immediate. Keep in mind that a player and the account registered to him/her will be permitted a limited number of instances in which the GM staff will assist with property recovery. Reimbursement of any kind is NOT guaranteed. While we will make every effort to verify and restore your loss, the decision to reimburse your loss is entirely at Cubinet Interactive’s discretion. If a player is repeatedly making decisions that result in lost property or is the owner of a problematic account, we reserve the right to refuse further reimbursements.
- Character Stuck
If you find yourself stuck and unable to move, please try the teleport skill feature prior to contacting a Game Master. In most cases, this should solve the problem. Using the teleport skill will first attempt to teleport you back to your town.
If that does not resolve your situation, contact a Game Master and one will try to assist you as soon as possible. You can also lodge a report at the Helpdesk system.
- Environmental
Issues that deal with a character not being able to interact with the environment or operate in the environment, including:
- Unable to interact with a mine, herb digging location or other.
- Able to walk/jump through a wall or object.
- Getting teleported to the wrong location.
- Falling through the world.
- Quest/Quest NPC
Issues that result in the inability to initiate or complete a quest, including:
- A quest related NPC or object is not functioning properly.
- Unable to acquire quest related items.
- Quest mobs not dropping a required quest item.
- Technical
Unfortunately, Game Masters are not equipped to provide technical support. The following technical issues should be addressed to our Technical Support team:
- Decline in game performance (game becomes slow or choppy).
- Display errors (black boxes, flickering objects, distortions, etc).
- Sound issues (no sound or music, static, looping effects, etc).
- Connection/disconnection problems.
- Crashes or error messages of any kind during gameplay.
- Any other technical game issue.

- Account/Billing
If you are having problems creating your account or if you need to make changes to your account options but can’t do so online, please contact our administration department at admin@world2.com.my
