On occasion you may encounter a situation in game that you feel is not intended. When this occurs, you can use several methods to notify us of the issue.

Submit a report via Helpdesk system
When creating a new case report , please be certain to include all pertinent information. Who? What? When? Where? Why? How? Try to explain what happened in reproducible steps so that we can investigate and attempt to reproduce the issue. If you are having issues with a quest, include the quest name as well as the NPC or item that is giving you trouble. If it is a skill or spell, please include the level or rank. For NPCs, please be certain to spell the name correctly and mention where they can be found. Please include as much information as possible. Instructions to create a report as below:
1. Go to http://www.cubizone.com
2. Login to your account by entering your username, password and Security Code
3. Click on the helpdesk button
4. Read any announcements on the page or click on the Tutorial Link to view the tutorial
5. Click on Open New Case to create a new report
6. Select the game and then server where you have a problem on
7. Click Next to continue
8. Please select the subject matter of the report. Eg. Harassment
9. Please type in the details of the problem and include pertinent information.
10. Click Next to continue
11. Confirm the details of the report.
12. Click on the Attach File link if you want to attach a file or screenshot
13. Click on the browse button so select the file and click Submit to upload
14. You can select yes to send a copy of the report to your email.
15. Click Submit to submit the report.

For those instances when there simply isn't enough room in a Helpdesk report to adequately explain the situation, or the bug does not require GM intervention, or both you can send in an email. As above, please include as many details as you can. Each bit of information can lead us to the cause of the issue.
Post in the Bug Report Forums
There is a bug report forum dedicated to any issues you may encounter during game play. Here you can discuss your issue with other players, find possible workarounds, or discover that perhaps it was not a bug at all. While the Development and Support departments both read the bug report forum, it is usually reserved for player discussion. Please be sure to follow any posting guidelines when posting a problem.
